Traditionally, droplets are made simply by mixing two non-miscible liquids with a surfactant. This technique is easy and quick but leads to the formation of polydisperse droplets with limited applications.
Droplet-based microfluidics has revolutionized the field of droplet science. With a simple microfluidic setup, you can produce up to 10 kg/day of perfectly monodisperse droplets in a very reproducible way. The droplets thus generated can be used for a wide range of applications perfectly aligned with Horizon Europe’s objectives!
