Sequential injection pack

As laboratories increasingly demand higher levels of throughput and efficiency, there is a growing need for user-friendly tools that can automate sample processing and analysis.

One such tool is the sequential injection device, which uses quick-connect fittings and a distribution valve linked to a pressure regulator to control the flow of your samples.

Easy to use

Our device is designed to be user-friendly, with a quick reservoir connection and a simple interface that makes it easy to set up and operate. You can plug 50 ml, 15 ml, and 1,5 ml reservoirs simultaneously on the same device without needing a reservoir holder.

Space-saving design

The distribution valve features a compact and space-saving design, making it ideal for laboratories with limited bench space. The modular design also enables researchers to customize the device to suit their experimental needs without sacrificing space. Connect from 1 to 12 reservoirs. With that upgrade, eliminate a dozen pneumatic lines and holders, simplifying your experiment and making space on your lab table.

High throughput analysis

This instrument enables high throughput analysis by automating sample injection, reducing the time and effort required for manual sample handling. The device’s rapid processing times and ability to inject multiple samples in a sequence make it an ideal tool for high-throughput applications.

Precision and accuracy

Automating the sequential injection method enables precise control over reaction conditions, ensuring that experiments are reproducible and reliable. By eliminating the risk of human error during the manual handling of samples, the device provides consistent results, reducing the need for repeat experiments.

FAQ - Sequential Injection Device

What is the Sequential Injection Device exactly, and what is the key concern that this device addresses?

The Sequential Injection Device is a device designed to simplify and automate our handling of samples. This device came about as a solution to the common problem of handling many reagents simultaneously. This device eliminates human error, timing errors, possibilities for cross-contamination, and fatigue by taking the human element out of the process.

It is operated through quick-connect fittings and a distribution valve in series with a pressure regulator. This distribution valve is able to select any one of up to 12 inputs in a programable sequence and draw fluids from any reservoir. Regardless of the reservoir selected, the process is consistent due to the consistent pressure regulator.

  • Clinical & biomedical: Drug discovery, drug injection, Seq Fish, DNA-paint, forensic analysis.
  • Biology: Cell culture analysis, fermentation monitoring, microbial analysis, and bioprocess monitoring.
  • Chemistry: Chemical process control, biofuel analysis, and petroleum analysis.
  • Environmental monitoring: water and soil quality analysis and environmental toxicology.
  • In industries: Food quality control, pharmaceutical analysis.

In the handling of many medication injections simultaneously, this device is useful in providing precise timing and concentration control. This device is able to inject up to 12 medications sequentially. This is useful in research studies that evaluate the combined effect of medications in treatment by providing the ability for multiple replicates in the same experiment.

The device works well with proteins, peptides, and drugs based on DNA. It also works well with combination therapy drugs that use multiple drugs in a specific sequence and amount. In addition, the device works well with the use of nanoparticles and the use of personalized medicine with specific delivery profiles.

The device will save your laboratory space by cutting your laboratory rig since it has the capacity for up to 12 connections. In addition, the device’s small footprint and efficient layout are definite pluses for laboratory space. Having everything contained in one area is also a big benefit for laboratory space.

The device is user-friendly since it has a simple and efficient design for connecting the reservoirs. In addition, the device’s modular design allows for the customization of the device to your needs without increasing the footprint. The device’s use of quick-connect fittings allows for the fast switching between the reservoirs.

The use of the device’s automation allows for the precise control of the reaction parameters. The device’s footprint allows for the use of the device in low-clearance laboratory space. The device’s footprint allows for the use of the device in the laboratory space since larger robots with pipetting arms are not possible. The device’s use of the concept of reproducibility is important for the use of the device with sequential injection. For this type of injection, a five-second variation in the exposure of the drugs can alter the dose-response curve.

The device is compatible with existing microfluidic chips and configurations. The device is also flexible and has the ability to integrate with a variety of commercial microfluidic chips.
