Our versatile liquid-liquid extraction pack is designed to cover a wide range of applications.
The system is built around the fast and accurate pressure-driven OB1 flow controller (Elveflow), which precisely injects the two working solutions at a predefined ratio.
- Flow rates can be monitored and regulated thanks to Elveflow BFS flow sensors.
- Additional fluidic resistances can be added to achieve high flow stability and accuracy.
- The size of the reservoirs can be customizable depending on your needs – from 1.5 mL tubes to 1 L bottles.
- Allow an extraction without a phase-shifting step or a separation phase.
- The system is well-fitted for research purposes and industrial scales, thanks to parallelization.
The system is perfect for determining the operational condition of the liquid-liquid extraction; thanks to the small volume required, quick experiment run, and high efficiency, you can test several solvents, ratios, and residence times to optimize your protocol.
