On the 21st and 22nd of March, 2024, we were in Trento, Italy, at the kick-off meeting of Horizon Europe EIC 2023 Pathfinder BioHhost project.
Bio-HhOST (bio-hybrid hierarchical organoid-synthetic tissue) will employ a rapidly expanding living technology platform of bio-hybrid materials comprised of artificial cells (ACs) and their live cell counterparts, for the development of next-generation 3D tissue models for drug discovery, study of healthy and diseased tissue and characterization of drug delivery of biological therapeutic.
We are very excited to meet the partners in person and discuss the first steps of the project!
