Former Senior Project Manager
Alex McMillan served as Project Manager at the Microfluidics Innovation Center. With a PhD in bioscience engineering and PMP certification, he brought expertise in microfluidic engineering, project planning and multidisciplinary collaboration. His work included managing an European Innovation Council (EIC) Transition Galileo Project, supporting the maturation of a novel microfluidic flow sensor and the development of its business case.
